Remember how fruits were back in the day? Like strawberries. They were small, and sometimes oddly shaped and coloured, but far more flavourful.
Yet over time, unwitting shoppers across the country have come to associate large size and uniformity in shape and colour with quality.
But the science is clear, organic produce is more nutritionally dense than non organic.
Consuming wild foods might be a forgotten practice for most reading this, but they remain the preferred choice in most parts of the world outside Europe and North America, especially when it comes to fruits, and plants of therapeutic value.
Obviously nature is going to side with its own creations over ours, and studies confirm this.
